Resolved — The Charlotte node 1 outage was determined to be caused by unusually high call traffic due to an emergency situation at a large customer. Call traffic was recorded at five times higher than than "normal peak" rates for the node. We are taking steps to prevent this situation from recurring again in the future.
Monitoring — We have identified the issue and have issued a fix. We will continue to monitor the situation and investigate the root cause. Registrations, inbound and outbound calls should now be working on the affected server cluster.
