Monitoring — Our DNS provider had a partial service disruption this morning from approximately 9:30am to 10:00am. At this point all services appear to be back online. We have opened a ticket with them to get more information. They have been optimizing and expanding their platform due to new DNS traffic patterns associated with increased work & schooling from home across the nation. However due to several outages in the past months we will encourage them to increase their efforts. We are also exploring other options for DNS providers so the CloudVoice service will stable for our customers.
