Resolved — We received notification from our Detroit data center that commercial power was restored on 7/22 at 17:20. All voice services are operational at this point.
Monitoring — The Detroit based data center experienced commercial power loss earlier this night which caused an error the virtual environment for that location. Database access was limited and caused issues with certain types of incoming calls and calls routed to voicemail. At this point all voice functionality has been restored. The facility is running on a generator and we are waiting on updates from the data center services.
